Every 18-passenger minibus in our fleet comes standard with high-back reclining seats, powerful front and rear air conditioning, overhead parcel racks, a Bluetooth-capable sound system, and either vinyl or carpeted flooring. You’ll also get a PA microphone, LED interior lighting, and a rear luggage compartment for larger bags and equipment. Optional upgrades include 4G/5G Wi-Fi, USB and 110V power outlets at every row, flat-screen monitors for video playback, and custom upholstery in cloth or leatherette. Rates for our 18-passenger minibus rentals typically range from $150 to $430+ per hour, $1,520 to $3,255 per day, or $4.00 to $7.95 per mile, depending on the exact vehicle, trip length, and service area. Your quote includes the bus, driver, fuel, and standard amenities, but does not include parking fees, tolls, or lodging for the driver on overnight trips. Gratuity is included in the base rate, though additional tips are appreciated for exceptional service. The 18-passenger minibus is a great middle-ground option that offers more space and comfort than a sprinter van or 15-passenger van, but is still compact and easy to maneuver compared to larger minibuses and full-size charter buses. It’s perfect for small to mid-size groups who need something affordable, versatile, and easy to drive and park in tight spaces. You’ll get many of the same amenities as our larger vehicles—including reclining seats, strong A/C, Wi-Fi, and a PA system—just in a smaller package that’s easier on your budget. If you need something bigger, we also offer minibuses that seat up to 35 passengers, as well as full-size charter buses with up to 56 seats.

We recommend booking your 18-passenger minibus at least three to six months in advance—especially if you’re traveling during a busy season or around major local events like the Los Banos Tomato Festival, Spring Fair, or hunting season at the San Luis Wildlife Refuge. This will give you the best chance of getting exactly the vehicle you want at a good price. If you’re planning a trip during the off-season or on short notice, give us a call anyway—we can often find something available, even at the last minute. Once you have your dates and headcount locked in, it’s a good idea to reserve your bus as soon as possible. A deposit will secure your booking, and the balance is due before your trip departs.

Each passenger can typically bring one carry-on-sized bag (stowed in the overhead rack) and one larger suitcase or equipment case (placed in the rear cargo area). For groups traveling with extra baggage—such as sports teams with duffel bags, construction crews with toolboxes, or hunters with coolers—there’s room to stack items securely in the back, though oversized or bulky items may reduce overall capacity. If you’re bringing something unusual or need to fit more than two pieces of luggage per person, let us know when you book so we can make sure everything will fit comfortably. The goal is to keep the aisle and emergency exits clear while giving everyone easy access to their belongings.
